Job summary

EPS Malaysia is seeking a Pre-Sales Manager to support enterprise customers across Networking and Cybersecurity. You will work with Sales and technical teams to design solutions, perform PoCs, and respond to RFPs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT with 3+ years in pre-sales/solution consulting, plus strong presentation and stakeholder management skills. Degree in IT or related field is required, and experience with vendors or SI partners is a plus.

Qualifications

Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Networking or related field.
5+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in pre-sales/solution consulting preferred.
Experience with networking, cybersecurity or related solutions.
Experience with technical proposals, HLD/LLD, BOM and RFP/RFI/tenders.
Good presentation and customer-facing skills.
Experience working with vendors, principals, partners or system integrators.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Prepare HLD/LLD, BOM, technical proposals and RFI/RFP/tender responses.
Conduct customer presentations, workshops, demos and technical discussions.
Lead and support PoC activities.
Work with vendors, principals, distributors, resellers and internal teams.
Support solution positioning, technical clarification and customer negotiations.
Stay updated on technology and competitor solutions.
