Job summary

M-Link System (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a qualified Solutions Architect to translate business requirements into secure, scalable enterprise solutions. You will work with the Project Channel Team to qualify opportunities and oversee technical aspects throughout the sales cycle, including customer discovery sessions, solution presentations, and technical demonstrations.

• At least 3 years’ experience in working as a Solution Engineer or Presales or related technical role.
• Familiar with ICT products.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent presentation skill.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable enterprise solutions.
• Work with Project Channel Team to qualify opportunities and manage all technical aspects through the sales cycle, including customer discovery sessions, solution presentations, and demos.
• Design end-to-end solutions and prepare professional documentation, proposals, solution architectures, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Plan and execute Proof of Concept (PoC) activities, including scope definition, design, and validation documentation.
• Prepare Statements of Compliance (SoC) and technical responses for RFPs, tenders, and enterprise bids.
• Maintain engagement with customers, providing technical guidance and solution recommendations.
• Provide technical support and architectural oversight to partners and implementation teams.
• Support project delivery to ensure solutions are implemented per design and enterprise standards.
• Serve as the internal solutions architect and technical owner for assigned technologies.
