Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Manager - Campus / Enterprise Networking to join its technical consulting team. You will design secure, scalable networking solutions for enterprise clients and guide customers through the full sales lifecycle.

As a trusted technical advisor, you will collaborate with sales teams, technology partners, and delivery teams to develop architectures, proposals, and PoCs that address business objectives and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in Enterprise Networking or ICT solutions.
• At least 3 years in Presales, Solution Engineering, or Network Consultancy.
• Strong ability to design enterprise LAN, WLAN, campus, and data centre networks.
• Hands-on knowledge of routing, switching, wireless, and network automation.
• Experience preparing technical proposals, HLDs, BoMs, RFIs, RFPs, and tenders.
• Strong customer-facing presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional networking certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Extreme) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage enterprise customers to understand objectives and requirements.
• Design scalable, secure campus networking solutions.
• Develop solution architectures, BoMs, and HLDs.
• Lead workshops, solution presentations, and customer demos.
• Manage end-to-end PoC engagements from planning to reporting.
• Support RFI/RFP/RFQ and tender submissions with technical docs.
• Collaborate with vendors, distributors, and delivery teams for positioning.
• Provide technical guidance through the sales cycle to handover.
• Stay updated with networking technologies and automation trends.
