Job summary

CTC Global Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a technical pre-sales network architect with strong knowledge of Software Defined Networking, security, and data center network virtualization to design enterprise solutions.

You will study customer requirements, architect infrastructure, assist in bidding (BOM, quotations), coordinate with partners, and present solutions with proofs of concept, ensuring end-to-end integration with support services.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalence.
Minimum 1 year of Network Architect/Presales experience.
Working experience in Cisco networking environment with hands-on LAN switches/routers/firewalls.
Cisco/Huawei/Aruba certifications are an added advantage.
Good English communication and proposal writing skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical pre-sales support with design knowledge of SDN, security and data center virtualization.
Study, analyze and architect infrastructure solutions per customer requirements.
Assist bidding including BOM, quotation, and partner coordination on technical aspects.
Lead solution verifications, proposal write-ups and customer presentations.
Ensure end-to-end integration and incorporate support and managed services ideas.
