Job summary

SPX Express in Kuala Lumpur seeks a property/real estate professional to source suitable sites for BSC Locker installations and liaise with management, landlords, and lawyers. The role involves site assessments, feasibility studies, and attending contractor visits to prepare quotes based on site requirements.

The candidate will also draft Letters of Offer and tenancy or license agreements, negotiating terms with stakeholders. Based in Menara Southpoint, Mid Valley, travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate Management, Facility Management, or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience (Retail/Commercial Leasing an advantage).
• Understanding of tenancy and license agreements is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication to interact with team members and vendors.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Preferably has a good understanding of tenancy and license agreements.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and external vendors.
• Working location: Primarily based in Menara Southpoint, Mid Valley
• Has own transportation and willing to travel outstation when required
