Job summary

SPX Express is seeking an HR Operations Associate to assist with all aspects of in-house HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, performance management, payroll and disciplinary actions. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project continuity and accurate record-keeping.

The role requires independence in a complex environment, a proactive mindset, strong MS Office skills, and excellent English; Bahasa Melayu ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently in a complex and diverse environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent command of English; fluency in Bahasa Melayu preferred.

• Identify and resolve operational challenges and develop effective solutions
• Support the improvement and optimization of existing project processes & workflows
• Maintain accurate and updated records for all relevant trackers
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by the department head or reporting line

Requirements:

• Able to work independently in a complex and diverse environment
• High initiative and a proactive go-getter mindset
• Well-versed with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc)
• Excellent command of English, ability to converse fluently in other languages (e.g. Bahasa Melayu) is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or relevant disciplines is preferred. Others with transferrable skillsets are also welcomed to apply.
