SPX Express in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to support real estate activities, including liaising with landlords, agents, and lawyers, and handling deposits and monthly rentals.

You will prepare documents for business licenses, utility accounts, and vendor registration, draft LOO and TA with the Legal team, and negotiate terms for renewals, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate/Leasing or related field.
• Good understanding of tenancy agreements/leasing contracts.
• Proficient with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

Responsabilités

• Liaise between landlords, real estate agents and lawyers.
• Raise payments for deposits and monthly rentals.
• Coordinate with landlords/agents on key handover.
• Compile documents for business license applications, utility accounts and vendor registrations.
• Prepare LOO and TA with Legal team, and negotiate terms with landlords/agents.
• Negotiate lease renewals with landlords/agents.
• Coordinate facilities improvements/repairs with landlords/agents.
• Compile and send/receive documents to relevant parties.
• Prepare declaration forms for reinstatement.
