Superior Property Development Sdn Bhd is seeking a leasing professional to source suitable tenants, conduct property viewings, negotiations, and secure favorable tenancy terms. You will manage renewals, occupancy targets, and maintain strong tenant relationships across the property portfolio.

The role requires excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with experience in tenancy agreements and lease administration. Travel to sites may be required.

JOB SCOPE

• Source and secure suitable tenants to achieve leasing and occupancy targets.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, leasing discussions, and negotiations.
• Negotiate rental rates, tenancy terms, incentives, and prepare leasing documentation.
• Manage lease renewals, expiries, rental revisions, and tenant retention.
• Maintain good relationships with tenants, agents, retailers, and business operators.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Property Management teams on tenancy matters.
• Conduct market research on rental trends, competitors, and tenant demand.
• Identify new leasing opportunities and recommend suitable tenant mix and rental strategies.
• Support leasing campaigns, roadshows, networking events, and project launches.
• Maintain accurate tenant and lease records.
• Prepare leasing reports, occupancy analysis, and revenue forecasts.
• Monitor leasing performance and tenancy renewals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years' relevant leasing experience.
• Experience with property developers, malls, commercial or retail properties, REITs, or property consultancy is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of tenancy agreements and lease administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
