Job summary

Trendy Brand Hub Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Leasing Manager to identify, source, and secure strategic booth locations, retail spaces, and roadshow venues across Klang Valley and beyond. You will liaise with mall management, leasing departments, and partners to negotiate terms and build lasting relationships.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in business or marketing, has 1–2 years in leasing or retail expansion, and demonstrates strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years of leasing, business development, or retail expansion experience.
• Experience with shopping mall management or leasing departments is a plus.

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Leasing Manager to identify, source and secure strategic retail booth locations, shopping mall spaces and roadshow venues for the company's business expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising directly with shopping mall management, leasing departments and external business partners to negotiate rental rates, secure suitable locations and establish long-term business relationships.

Key responsibilities

Identify and source suitable booth locations, retail spaces, shopping malls, exhibition venues and roadshow locations across Klang Valley and other regions.

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with shopping mall management, leasing departments, property management companies and event organisers.

Liaise and negotiate directly with mall management on rental rates, leasing terms, booth locations and commercial arrangements.

Explore new leasing opportunities and secure attractive locations with high customer traffic and business potential.

Manage the leasing process, including location inquiries, rental quotations, proposals, booking confirmations and agreements.

Evaluate potential locations based on rental costs, customer traffic, visibility and business opportunities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely booth setup, roadshow arrangements and operational readiness.

Monitor upcoming mall events, promotional campaigns and available leasing opportunities.

Prepare leasing proposals, location reports and expansion plans for management review.

Achieve monthly targets for securing new booth locations and expanding the company's retail presence.

About you

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in leasing, business development, retail expansion, mall management or event venue sourcing.

Experience dealing directly with shopping mall management or leasing departments will be a strong advantage.

Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Good understanding of shopping mall leasing processes, rental arrangements and commercial negotiations.

Able to identify business opportunities and work independently to secure new locations.

Willing to travel to different shopping malls and venues when required.

Proactive, responsible and target-oriented.
