SPX Express in Kuala Lumpur seeks a property/real estate professional to source suitable sites for BSC Locker installations and liaise with management, landlords, and lawyers. The role involves site assessments, feasibility studies, and attending contractor visits to prepare quotes based on site requirements.

The candidate will also draft Letters of Offer and tenancy or license agreements, negotiating terms with stakeholders. Based in Menara Southpoint, Mid Valley, travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate Management, Facility Management, or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience (Retail/Commercial Leasing an advantage).
• Understanding of tenancy and license agreements is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication to interact with team members and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Source and identify suitable sites for BSC Locker installations and submit proposals for management review.
• Act as liaison between management/leasing, landlords, and lawyers; ensure timely follow-ups.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for locker placement.
• Attend site visits with contractors to generate BOQ for quotations.
• Prepare Letter of Offer and tenancy/license agreements with Legal; negotiate terms.
