Job summary

Yiva Electric Sdn Bhd, trading as YETPlus Lighting, seeks a Project Sales Manager to lead the project sales team in Malaysia. You will shape channel strategies, build key partnerships with developers and consultants, and drive nationwide channel expansion while ensuring targets and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to align pricing, policies, and growth plans, strengthening the company’s leadership in LED lighting projects.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience in the lighting industry.
• 3–5 years minimum in sales or channel management, preferably within project sales.
• Proven network with developers, M&E consultants, electrical contractors, and project-related channels.
• Experience leading and managing sales teams with strong track record in achieving targets.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong leadership presence.
• Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Computer literate (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, etc.).
• Possess own transport and valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor the Project Sales team to achieve company sales targets and business growth.
• Develop and execute channel sales strategies to strengthen YETPlus Lighting presence within the project segment.
• Build strong partnerships with developers, M&E consultants, contractors, distributors, and key project stakeholders.
• Oversee project pipeline management, sales forecasting, and strategic business planning.
• Drive nationwide expansion of project channels and identify new market opportunities.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure sales KPIs are consistently achieved.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Establish pricing strategies, channel policies, and business development plans to maximize profitability.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to strengthen market positioning.
