Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a sales professional to drive project sales for lighting products and new solution lines, engaging with contractors, M&E consultants, and developers through onsite visits and consultations.

You will support marketing initiatives, contribute to growth plans, and coach junior team members toward targets, while monitoring market trends and project forecasts for profitability and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive project sales by promoting established lighting products and introducing new solution lines to key target segments.
• Build and maintain strong networks with contractors, M&E consultants, property developers, and trade clients through regular site visits and consultations.
• Gather market trends, identify project leads, and assist in setting sales budgets, project forecasts, and performance reports.
• Oversee sales execution to ensure seamless delivery, maintain client satisfaction, and maximize overall profitability.
