Artistic Lighting Gallery in Malaysia seeks an experienced Sales Executive to drive showroom sales, understand client needs, and present decorative lighting solutions for residential and commercial projects. You will handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and close deals with a focus on exceptional customer service.

The role requires at least 3 years in sales, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, and a high level of motivation to meet monthly targets. Mandarin is a plus; Saturday work is expected.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales in luxury retail, furniture, interior design, home furnishing or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Able to work on Saturdays and maintain target-driven performance.

Mansioni

• Attend to showroom customers and manage incoming sales enquiries.
• Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable lighting solutions.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with clients and close sales professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, interior designers and project clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain consistent sales performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams on orders, production and project progress.
• Develop new sales opportunities and provide excellent after-sales service.
