Job summary

AE Finansure Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Customer Service Executive to handle incoming enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and social media, understand customer financial needs, and coordinate with Loan Consultants to ensure a smooth customer journey.

You will manage lead records, follow up with prospects, meet KPIs for response time and engagement, and work in a fast-paced environment with fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese.
• Familiar with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, Facebook and other online platforms.
• Engage with potential customers and understand their personal financing needs.
• Conduct initial customer screening and collect basic information for loan eligibility assessment.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain consistent communication.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update lead statuses in the company's system.
• Monitor and manage daily incoming leads to minimise missed opportunities.
• Provide professional customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned KPIs related to response time, customer engagement and lead conversion.
