Job summary

JCL Credit Leasing Sdn. Bhd. is hiring a Financial Consultant to sell and cross-sell Personal Loan products, ensuring complete applications and timely submissions. You will build lasting customer relationships, provide excellent service, and expand the client base with proactive lead follow-up.

The role requires fluency in Mandarin, English and Malay and a background in finance or banking. Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided. Full-time and contract positions are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with credit in Finance/Accounting/Banking/Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Malay (spoken and written)
• Experience in banking/financial services or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Sell and cross-sell Personal Loan products (indoor sales)
• Ensure all applications are complete before submission for approval
• Build rapport and relationships to drive loyalty and repeat sales
• Maintain high customer service standards per company policies
• Increase customer base by following up on leads and arranging appointments
