Job summary

SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd. invites applications for a Customer Service Executive (Voice, Email, Live Chat) to join our office-based team. Relocation to NCity, Sungai Petani, Kedah is required for this role.

You will handle customer inquiries via chat and phone, assist with orders, payments, refunds and deliveries, provide accurate information, uphold service standards, maintain records, escalate when needed and protect customer data in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Willing to relocate to Sungai Petani, Kedah.
• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Strong adaptability and problem-solving with a customer-focused mindset.
• Able to handle customer inquiries professionally and under pressure.
• Able to work on rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Good attendance, discipline and teamwork.
• Fresh graduates welcome; customer service experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via chat and/or phone professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers with issues related to orders, payments, refunds, returns, deliveries, etc.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service to achieve customer satisfaction targets.
• Meet performance targets such as productivity, handling and service quality.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
• Protect customer information and comply with data security requirements.
