Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Excellent customer service mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of cost control, inventory management, budgeting, and labour planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and staff deployment.
• Monitor food and labour costs to meet budget targets.
• Ensure front-of-house and back-of-house coordination for efficiency.
• Maintain service standards and handle customer feedback promptly.
• Drive revenue through upselling and promotions.
• Lead training and maintain a disciplined service culture.
