Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the overall performance of multiple F&B retail outlets
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and achievement of KPIs through effective business planning and execution
• Monitor outlet P&L, labour costs, food costs, and operational expenses to maximise profitability
• Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, SOPs, food safety, and service excellence across all outlets
• Conduct regular store visits, operational audits, and performance reviews to identify improvement opportunities
• Coach, mentor, and develop Restaurant Managers and outlet teams to build a strong leadership pipeline

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, Retail Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of multi‑unit management experience within Retail F&B, Restaurant, Café, or Bakery
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance
