Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Operations Manager to lead F&B operations across multiple outlets in Malaysia. You will oversee service teams, manage outlet finances, and ensure an authentic, high-quality customer experience. This field-based role collaborates closely with senior management to drive performance.

You will coordinate outlet operations, supervise budgeting and inventory, train staff, and ensure compliance with food safety standards while maximizing revenue and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of F&B management experience.
• Strong track record managing multiple outlets.
• Experience in hiring, training, budgeting, and inventory control.
• Ability to read and understand P&L statements.
• High school diploma or equivalent; advanced studies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor outlet operations for food safety compliance.
• Report on operations across outlets including sales, costs, feedback, wastage, staffing.
• Ensure HQ instructions and objectives are met.
• Train staff in customer service for various scenarios.
• Review budgets and P&L to improve profitability.
• Control overall costs including materials, equipment, manpower.
• Schedule employees for peak and off-peak coverage.
• Hire and train new staff; terminate underperformers.
• Maintain vendor communications and service contracts.
• Contribute to long-term goals to boost outlet performance.
• Plan and execute special events at the outlet.
