Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Area Manager to oversee daily operations of 3-5 F&B outlets across Klang Valley. You will ensure service quality, food standards and cleanliness while driving profitability and sales performance.

The role requires hands-on experience managing multiple outlets, with strong leadership to coach Outlet Managers and develop outlet teams. Travel between outlets is expected in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of F&B operations experience with at least 2 years in a multi-outlet/Area Manager role.
• Proven experience managing 3+ outlets simultaneously.
• Experience in concession, mall-based or high-footfall F&B operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of outlet operations, manpower management, sales performance and cost control.
• Experience in pastry, bakery, café or similar food production concepts is a plus.
• Willingness to travel between outlets within Klang Valley.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of 3-5 outlets within the assigned area.
• Ensure outlets meet company standards in service, food quality, cleanliness and procedures.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Monitor outlet sales performance against targets and identify improvements.
• Drive initiatives to improve sales, customer experience and outlet profitability.
• Review performance and develop action plans for targets.
• Support new outlet openings and expansion projects.
• Lead, coach and develop Outlet Managers and teams.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and retention of staff.
• Manage staff performance and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure mall operating requirements and promotional activities are followed.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams on maintenance and events.
• Provide updates on performance, issues, manpower and actions.
• Translate outlet data into actionable operations.
