Job summary

TKS Taste Treat Sdn Bhd is seeking an Outlet Manager to lead daily F&B operations across multiple outlet locations in Johor. You will oversee service quality, inventory control, and staff performance to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of internal restaurant operations experience and 1–2 years in a supervisory role, with strong leadership and communication skills. This role is based on-site in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/STPM; Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/F&B Management is an advantage
• 3–5 years of F&B/restaurant operations experience
• 1–2 years’ experience in a supervisory, Assistant Manager or Outlet Manager role
• Experience in Chinese restaurants, dim sum or high-volume F&B is preferred
• Strong leadership, restaurant operations and people management skills
• Knowledge of inventory and POS systems
• Good customer service and communication skills
