Job summary

TKS CAPITAL HOLDINGS SDN. BHD. is seeking an Outlet Manager to oversee daily outlet operations, drive sales and monitor performance. The role requires ensuring food quality, exceptional customer service and effective manpower management in a busy restaurant environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in F&B/restaurant operations, with 1–2 years in supervisory roles and familiarity with inventory and POS systems, in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/STPM; Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/F&B Management is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of F&B/restaurant operations experience.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a supervisory, Assistant Manager or Outlet Manager role.
• Experience in Chinese restaurants, dim sum or high-volume F&B is preferred.
• Strong leadership, restaurant operations and people management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory and POS systems.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
