Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Restaurant/F&B Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure smooth service, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer experience.

You will lead staff rosters, supervise service crew and supervisors, coordinate with kitchen and cashier, handle customer feedback, and drive promotions while training and monitoring performance.

Qualifications

• Preferably with restaurant/F&B management experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Hands-on and able to solve problems independently.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Responsible, organized and customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Manage staff roster, attendance, punctuality and daily manpower
• Supervise service crew, captains and cashier team
• Conduct daily staff briefing and ensure SOPs are followed
• Maintain good service, cleanliness, hygiene and restaurant standards
• Monitor reservations, walk-ins, table arrangements and customer flow
• Handle customer feedback, complaints and operational issues professionally
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, cashier and management
• Monitor opening and closing procedures
• Ensure promotions and management instructions are properly implemented
• Assist with staff training and performance monitoring
