Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced F&B Area Operations Manager to oversee multiple outlets and work closely with the Founder to strengthen operations for future growth.

The role is hands-on, requiring leadership in developing people, implementing SOPs, monitoring costs and driving profitability across Johor Bahru outlets. Travel between outlets is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of F&B experience.
• Proven track record as Area Manager / Operations Manager / Multi-outlet Manager.
• Strong expertise in SOP implementation and staff training.
• Experience developing Store Managers and opening new outlets.
• Solid understanding of food cost, labour cost, inventory and wastage control.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel between outlets in Johor Bahru and work independently.

Job description

An experienced F&B Area Operations Manager role for someone with experience managing multiple F&B outlets, developing people, implementing SOPs and improving operational performance. This is a hands-on leadership position working closely with the Founder to strengthen operations and prepare the business for future growth.

Key responsibilities

• Good understanding of food cost, labour cost, inventory and wastage control
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and take ownership of results
• Willing to travel between outlets in Johor Bahru
