Job summary

SEN KEE FOOD TRADING SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Operations Executive to oversee multiple restaurant outlets and drive efficient, profitable service standards.

The role covers staff supervision, training, licensing compliance, and outlet performance reporting. A Diploma and 1+ year in F&B are expected, with strong leadership and multilingual communication skills. Willingness to travel across outlets is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field and/or 1 year in related field.
• Strong background in F&B and restaurant operations.
• Leadership skills with the ability to guide a team.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Own transport and willingness to travel within states.

Responsibilities

• Ensure restaurant outlets operate efficiently and profitably while maintaining reputation.
• Act as communicator between outlets, management and staff.
• Supervise and support operations for all outlets assigned.
• Train, motivate and evaluate service staff per policies.
• Prepare training materials for outlet staff training.
• Conduct onsite training on operation guidelines and customer service.
• Assist with PBT license applications and renewals.
• Participate in new outlet openings and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Assist Head of Department in audits and outlet performance reviews.
• Ensure licensing, hygiene and health/safety compliance.
• Liaise with customers, employees, purchasing and licensing authorities.
• Weekly reporting on outlet performance and stocks.
• Audit outlets and handle customer complaints.
