Talent Recruit is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager for our growing F&B division in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on driving sales, managing costs, and expanding outlets while maintaining high standards of product quality and service.

You will collaborate with the F&B team to refresh menus, implement SOPs, and lead a motivated team across multiple outlets. Candidates should have a strong track record in F&B operations and be prepared for travel within Klang Valley.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the F&B industry.
• Experience in Food/Beverage/Restaurant service or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of food control and product quality.
• Own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
• Working days: 6 days with shift rotation; weekdays off.
• Travel to other outlets may be required.

Responsabilités

• Develop sales strategies to meet revenue targets and manage operating costs.
• Develop and execute outlet expansion plans and participate in ROI exercises.
• Collaborate with F&B team to develop new menu items.
• Ensure consistency in product quality and service delivery.
• Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Ensure SOP compliance across all branches.
• Develop branding strategies for business opportunities.
• Identify ways to increase work efficiency and productivity.
• Plan manpower to ensure efficiency and succession planning.
• Lead and motivate the team to drive sales and customer service.
