Job summary

Our client, a growing coffee franchise, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple outlets. You will coordinate warehouse and inventory activities, manage manpower planning, and ensure consistent compliance with SOPs and standards.

You are hands-on and proactive, able to drive efficiency, support new openings, and lead outlet teams to meet service, product quality and cost targets. Klang Valley travel is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience in F&B/coffee/franchising.
• Experience managing multiple outlets and teams.
• Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
• Experience in staff scheduling and manpower planning.
• Willing to travel within Klang Valley.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple coffee outlets.
• Ensure outlets meet service/product quality standards.
• Monitor outlet performance and resolve issues.
• Conduct regular outlet visits and ensure SOP compliance.
• Support new outlet openings and setup.
• Oversee warehouse and inventory management, stock movement.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
• Implement LIFO inventory practices where applicable.
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconciliation.
• Coordinate stock replenishment between warehouse and outlets.
• Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
