Job summary

Mangoo is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage and monitor daily activities across multiple outlets in Kuala Lumpur. You will ensure SOPs, product quality, hygiene and service standards are consistently met.

You will support Store Managers, conduct regular store visits, training, and assist with new openings, while liaising with Licensees and following up on operational matters. Travel between outlets is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in F&B, retail, beverage or chain operations preferred.
• Franchise / Licensee experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily operations across multiple Mangoo outlets.
• Conduct regular store visits and operational audits.
• Ensure SOP, product quality, hygiene and service standards are consistently followed.
• Support Store Managers and frontline staff with training and operational issues.
• Liaise with Licensees / Franchisees and follow up on operational matters.
• Assist with new store openings, training and pre-opening preparation.
• Monitor sales, inventory and store performance.
• Identify operational gaps and follow through on corrective actions.
• Prepare basic operational reports and provide feedback to management.
