Job summary

Reveillon Group Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily functions across multiple coffee outlets in Kuala Lumpur.

You will ensure service and product quality, cleanliness, and adherence to SOPs while driving efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will also manage inventory and warehouse activities, coordinate stock movements between the warehouse and outlets, and lead staffing, scheduling, and development of outlet teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant management experience in F&B, coffee, beverage, or franchising operations.
• Proven experience managing multiple outlets, teams, or operational functions.
• Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse management, including stock control and rotation.
• Experience in staff scheduling, manpower planning, and team management.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in fast-paced F&B environments; coffee knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in beverage franchising or multi-outlet operations is highly preferred.
• Own transportation and willingness to travel between outlets and warehouse locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple coffee outlets to ensure smooth business operations.
• Ensure outlets meet company standards for service quality, product quality, cleanliness, and procedures.
• Monitor outlet performance, identify issues, and implement solutions.
• Conduct regular outlet visits and ensure SOP compliance.
• Support new outlet openings, operational setup, and implementation of procedures.
• Oversee warehouse and inventory management, including stock receiving, storage, and distribution.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
• Coordinate stock replenishment between warehouse and outlets.
• Lead, motivate, and develop outlet teams; manage staffing levels and performance.
• Provide leadership, set expectations, and monitor KPIs; handle issues professionally.
