Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily outlet operations, including front-of-house and kitchen coordination.
• Handle and resolve operational problems when necessary.
• Manage, guide, and support staff to improve performance.
• Assist in managing different outlet locations when required.
• Ensure outlet cleanliness, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Monitor staff attendance and work performance.
• Ensure SOPs and work arrangements are followed.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
