Job summary

Clear Expertise Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple outlets in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on staff performance, adherence to SOPs, and delivering excellent customer service.

You will coordinate recruitment, scheduling, training, and reporting, while ensuring daily sales are accurately recorded and outlets maintain high standards of discipline and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Assist in addressing operational issues and monitor staff performance in customer service and discipline.
• Ensure the general upkeep and maintenance of multiple outlets.
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of outlet staff.
• Manage staff scheduling and shift rotations across outlets.
• Attend to staff welfare matters and resolve customer enquiries or complaints effectively.
• Compile and maintain sales records; generate and analyze sales reports for designated outlets.
• Coordinate training activities and provide coaching to promoters when necessary.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with a high level of responsibility and commitment.
• Support outlets in ensuring adherence to company SOPs and operational procedures.
• Conduct daily visual inspections of the premises to identify and report any irregularities, non-compliance, or issues requiring attention.
• Provide administrative support to the Outlet Manager, including report preparation.
• Ensure daily sales collections are accurately recorded and received.
