Job summary

San Francisco Coffee is hiring an Assistant Outlet Manager in Penang, Malaysia to support the Outlet Manager and Area Manager in daily operations. You will lead the team through SOP-compliant service, ensure accurate cash handling, and oversee stock and labor planning to drive outlet profitability.

The role requires at least 2 years in a coffee chain and relevant O/ SKM qualifications, with a focus on training staff, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering quality service to customers.

Qualifications

• SPM / O Level / SKM Levels 1-3 or Equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in coffee chain industry.
• Strong leadership and staff training abilities.
• Able to work in Malaysia and in Penang.

Responsibilities

• Assist and report to Outlet Manager/Area Manager on outlet operation matters.
• Lead and demonstrate the team the operation process.
• Assure opening and closing SOP adherence.
• Oversee cashflow, daily sales verification, and bank-in processes.
• Plan and schedule labour effectively.
• Plan and schedule stock effectively.
• Maintain store cleanliness and high service standards.
