Job summary

Europcar Malaysia is seeking an Operations & Management Executive to support daily car rental operations across multiple branches. You will monitor activities, liaise with Branch Managers to ensure SOPs are followed, and prepare regular reports for Management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, management, operations or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on daily operations across multiple branches.
• Liaise with Branch Managers to ensure tasks and SOP requirements are completed.
• Review branch reports, vehicle preparation pictures and operational documents.
• Consolidate and prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Follow up on outstanding issues and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with Operations, Fleet, Accounts and other departments.
• Assist with customer complaints and operational issues when required.
• Assist Management in implementing SOPs, process improvements and new projects.
• Conduct operational checks and audits when required.
• Prepare reports, analysis and presentations for Management.
• Perform other duties and projects assigned by Management.
