Job summary

Carro is seeking a Branch Operations Manager for Permas Jaya, Johor to oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflows. You will manage yard activities, scheduling, and vehicle readiness while driving customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, retail, automotive, or service industry, with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) with basic reporting skills.
• Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer service, outlet presentation, and operational excellence.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional languages or dialects are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the outlet’s overall daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• Oversee yard operations, including Car-In, Car-Out, parking, staging, and vehicle readiness.
• Monitor outlet performance, customer satisfaction (NPS), online reviews, and facilities to maintain standards.
• Lead, coach, and supervise the outlet team to improve productivity, service quality, and efficiency.
• Conduct regular team meetings, manage manpower planning, and ensure adequate operational support.
• Prepare operational reports and collaborate with Purchasers, Inspectors, and other internal teams to achieve goals.
• Manage outlet operating costs and perform other duties assigned by management.
