Job summary

Carsome Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Executive, Branch Operation (Automotive) to support end-to-end branch operations, ensuring a seamless customer and transaction experience while maintaining compliance and service quality across the vehicle ownership journey.

You will coordinate customer, dealer, financial institution, and internal stakeholders, manage records and system updates, and assist ownership transfers, payments, and related activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, operations, administration, automotive or related industries.
• Diploma or degree in any relevant discipline.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet service level targets.
• Good attention to detail and compliance awareness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end branch operations across customer, transaction, admin, and vehicle activities.
• Facilitate customer appointments, transactions, and operational activities for a seamless experience.
• Maintain operational records, documentation, and system updates.
• Coordinate with customers, dealers, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist ownership transfer, payment, financing, and related activities per company requirements.
• Monitor case progress and follow up on outstanding actions to meet SLAs.
• Support vehicle receiving, inventory management, movement, storage, and handover.
• Perform vehicle condition checks and ensure compliance with standards.
