Job summary

Rentokil Initial Malaysia is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to lead the branch team, drive service quality, and ensure safe, efficient operations. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will translate business goals into day-to-day execution across Service Managers and Supervisors.

You will own operational planning, KPI management, customer service excellence, and continuous improvement, while coaching teams, ensuring compliance with SHE policies, and coordinating with Sales, Customer Care,

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any related field with at least 5 years relevant service management/supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, planning, organizing and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and ability to coach a team toward achieving service KPI.
• Own vehicle and Malaysian resident status.
• Data-driven, analytical mindset to manage service activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations to deliver service safely, efficiently, and on time.
• Manage manpower deployment, route planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Drive KPI reviews and performance improvement initiatives.
• Lead investigations into customer complaints and drive CAPA actions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, SHE, HR and Finance to meet objectives.
• Coach Service Managers and Supervisors to build a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, treatment standards, and company policies.
• Promote safety culture and manage environmental, health & safety requirements.
