Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in vehicle operations, fleet management or rental procedures.
• Valid Class D driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily vehicle operations, including delivery, collection, check-in/out, and PUSPAKOM inspection activities.
• Manage vehicle inventory and availability to meet demand and optimize fleet utilization.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, damage control, repairs, inspections and related appointments.
• Provide interface with customers, vendors and internal teams to ensure service quality and timely updates.
• Operate the CarPro system and prepare rental agreements and related documents.
