Job summary

CARSOME Sdn Bhd in Semenyih is seeking an Assistant Manager Branch Operation to oversee administrative and operational matters at the Experience Center. You will report to the Branch Manager and support Country Retail Operations while guiding the Branch Support Admin.

Your role includes improving branch processes, tracking orders from booking to delivery, monitoring loan in-processing to disbursement, training staff, ensuring data accuracy in CMS, coordinating fleet movements, handling payments,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline.
• 5 years of related working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good problem-solving skills and pay attention to details.
• Ability to multitask and work as a team to support staff and colleagues.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in HP banking industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and action plans for Branch Operation process improvement.
• Track Customer’s Orders from booking to delivery.
• Monitor and track In-Processing activities from Loan Applications to Disbursements.
• Train and develop Branch Support Admin to meet TAT & SLA.
• Enforce Data Compliance and Data Accuracy within CMS.
• Liaise on Fleet movement between Experience Centers.
• Follow-up with Marketing Officers regarding status of Loan Submissions.
• Collect Cash Payments and manage Bank Settlements.
• Ensure retail operation processes follow Retail SOP and OKR.
• Prepare PR/PO for invoices charged by Panel Vendors.
• Co-manage Petty Cash Management.
• Encourage automation via Banks’ e-dealers/e-portals.
• Advocate usage of CMS Discounts and e-transfer Ownership transfers.
• Ensure timely and accurate management reports.
• Participate in other Company activities.
