Job summary

Toll Group is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (Morning Shift with Monthly Weekend Rotation) based in Bayan Lepas, Penang. The role focuses on building customer relationships, processing transactions, and providing product and technical support to ensure smooth operations.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of relevant experience, a logistics/business-related diploma or degree, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business or related field preferred.
1–3 years of job-related experience and technical or vocational training required.
Strong data accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
Good written and verbal communication skills for customer and internal interactions.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers.
Assist with account management and transaction processing.
Provide product and technical support related to customer transactions and feedback.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet contractual obligations.
Respond to customer queries and resolve issues per agreements and processes.
Support and guide junior staff as needed.
Participate in required training and maintain up-to-date knowledge.
