Job summary

Toll Group in Bayan Lepas, Penang is seeking a Customer Service Officer for night and morning shift on a rotational basis. You will manage customer relationships, support accounts, and provide product and technical assistance to ensure smooth operations.

The role welcomes fresh graduates and requires 1–3 years experience in logistics or related fields, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; shifts rotate every four weeks.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
• Fresh graduates welcome; experience in logistics or operations is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with data accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Account Support: Assist with account management and transaction processing.
• Product & Technical Support: Provide guidance on customer transactions and requests.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet service levels.
• Issue Resolution: Respond to queries and resolve issues per agreements.
• Team Support: Assist and guide less experienced staff as needed.
