Job summary

Toll Global Forwarding (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia's Penang region is seeking an experienced operational/support professional to manage customer relationships, support account management and transaction processing, and provide product and technical support related to customer transactions.

The role requires liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service standards are met, handling queries, and supporting a rotational shift pattern (Morning, Noon, Night).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective and professional customer relationships.
• Support account management and transaction processing.
• Provide product and technical support as it relates to customer transactions, customer feedback and other requests.
• Liaise with internal and external customer / stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are achieved and agreed service standards are met.
• Responding to customer queries and resolving issues as defined by customer agreement and relevant processes.
• Work in rotational shift Morning, Noon and Night - 1 month per shift rotation.
