BABA ECO GROUP BHD is seeking a Modern Trade/ FMCG Key Account Executive in Penang to develop and maintain relationships with major retail partners. You will plan and execute promotions, product launches, and in-store displays while coordinating with merchandising and field teams.

Role requires travel for market visits, independent and proactive work style, and a focus on sales performance. Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.

Qualificações

• Experience in FMCG / Modern Trade / Key Account handling.
• Experience dealing with buyers (AEON, Lotus's, etc.) is an added advantage
• Basic analytical skills (sales tracking, reporting)
• Able to travel for market visits
• Independent, proactive and results-driven

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with assigned Modern Trade customers (supermarkets, hypermarkets, home improvement retailers).
• Plan and execute promotions, seasonal campaigns, product launches, sampling activities and in-store displays with customers.
• Prepare account plans, sales forecasts and promotional proposals based on customer needs, sales performance and business priorities.
• Monitor promotional performance, sales trends and ROI; recommend improvements where needed.
• Coordinate with merchandising and field operations teams to maintain display standards, monitor outlet conditions and resolve execution issues.
• Support new account development and explore opportunities to expand distribution in the Modern Trade channel.
