• Ability to prepare account plans and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned modern-trade and key retail accounts.
• Build strong working relationships with buyers, category managers and retailer operations teams.
• Prepare annual and monthly account plans, sales forecasts and promotional calendars.
• Negotiate listings, promotions, displays and commercial terms within approved guidelines.
• Drive sales targets based on sell-in and sell-out performance.
• Monitor stock availability, out-of-stock issues, pricing and promotional execution.
• Coordinate product launches, new listings, planograms, displays and in-store activities.
• Analyze sales performance by account, outlet and SKU.
• Identify underperforming products and propose corrective actions.
• Work closely with supply chain, finance, marketing, merchandising and warehouse teams.
• Monitor retailer claims, rebates, listing, promotion deductions and outstanding payments.
• Conduct regular store visits and provide clear market feedback.
• Prepare weekly action updates and monthly business reviews.
