Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks a dynamic Assistant General Manager / Business Development Manager (MLM/Direct Selling) to lead growth, recruit distributors, and strengthen leadership teams across Malaysia and overseas travel opportunities.

Reporting to the Founder/CEO, you will drive sales, develop markets, manage field activities, and build a performance-driven culture while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Customer Service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Direct Selling/MLM/Network Marketing experience.
• Senior leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of MLM distributor behaviour, recruitment, retention and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market penetration.
• Drive distributor recruitment, activation and retention.
• Identify new markets, partnerships and business opportunities.
• Develop campaigns to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective action when needed.
• Recruit and develop new leaders; conduct trainings and leadership sessions.
