Qualifications

• 8-10 years of management experience in operations, retail, construction, or related industries.
• Proven track record in managing P&L and driving revenue growth.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business operations across Retail, Projects, Dealer Network and Branch Operations.
• Drive sales strategy, targets and channel development including B2B, B2C and showroom channels.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, margin analysis and cash flow management.
• Identify new markets, partnerships and expansion opportunities.
• Lead branch expansion, tenant recruitment and mall/leasing initiatives.
• Hands-on leadership with involvement in sales closures, negotiations and project coordination.
