Qualifications

Bachelor1s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent.
7+ years of sales management/leadership experience.
Strong track record in B2C consumer-facing tangible product industries.
Strong offline retail and channel development experience.
Professional proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
Must have the legal right to work in Malaysia and be based in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
Drive growth across offline retail and relevant B2B/channels.
Lead, coach, and manage the sales team for high performance.
Oversee sales forecasting, budgets, and expenditure control.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Work closely with marketing, customer service, operations, and logistics to ensure smooth commercial execution.
