Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks a hands-on senior leader to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple functions, ensuring plans translate into results. You will work with the Board on growth opportunities and guide teams in sales, marketing, supply chain, purchasing, warehouse and admin to meet budgets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain or related field.
• 10–15 years of relevant working experience, including a leadership role.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer products, personal care, beauty, healthcare or related industries.
• Good understanding of business operations, sales, supply chain and commercial activities.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to travel to cover states in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the company including budgets, targets and KPIs.
• Work closely with the Board on business plans and growth opportunities.
• Manage and coordinate sales, marketing, supply chain, purchasing, warehouse and administration.
• Monitor sales, costs, inventory and overall business performance.
• Collaborate with suppliers, distributors and other business partners.
• Support new product launches and growth initiatives.
• Lead and develop the team to achieve business goals.
