Operating out of the regional corporate headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, this newly established executive role takes strategic and operational command of an 11-member regional team, driving customer acquisition, field leadership empowerment, and organizational duplication.

• Assume executive stewardship over a flagship regional expansion across two key markets, spearhead transformative organizational growth through high-impact coaching and leadership development, and gain direct strategic exposure to global C-suite leadership while mentoring a multi-tiered commercial team.

• Regional Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and build a high-performing commercial leadership and coaching team of 11 professionals across Malaysia and Singapore, setting strategic KPIs, driving accountability, and cultivating talent.
• Commercial Strategy & Field Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive market development, member acquisition, and retention strategies to drive sustainable business-building momentum across all regional territories.
• Leadership Coaching & Duplication: Coach, mentor, and empower key field business leaders and internal team members, embedding structured duplication systems and commercial best practices.
• Public Facilitation & Keynote Events: Serve as the lead brand ambassador and keynote speaker at national conventions, leadership summits, and regional seminars, delivering charismatic, large-scale training sessions that inspire and align the field.
• Cross-Functional & Global Alignment: Collaborate seamlessly with regional operations, marketing, and compliance teams while delivering regular business intelligence, growth forecasts, and strategic market updates directly to Southeast Asia executive management and US corporate headquarters.

• Proven track record in executive commercial leadership, organizational coaching, sales management, or agency development within Direct Selling / Network Marketing, Life Insurance Agency Leadership, or other Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) commercial environments.
• Demonstrated mastery in people empowerment, talent development, customer retention, and driving structured leadership duplication models.
• Compelling stage presence, charisma, and public speaking abilities, with proven expertise in facilitating large-scale conventions and leadership meetings.
• Servant-leadership orientation marked by high emotional intelligence, organizational diplomacy, authentic humility, and strict adherence to corporate governance and compliance standards.
