Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of billing, administration, or customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with invoicing systems is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage meter billing activities to ensure timely and accurate billing.
• Record and verify meter readings for billing purposes.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries.
• Liaise with internal departments and customers on billing matters.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate billing and admin documentation.
• Ensure proper filing and document management per company policies.
• Process and submit e-invoices through portals and billing platforms.
• Maintain records of meter readings, invoices, and billing transactions.
