Job summary

Tec D Malaysia is seeking a Billing Operations professional to ensure timely processing of customer invoices, respond to billing inquiries, and collaborate with sales, finance and accounting teams. You will help ensure revenue and costs are recorded accurately and support audits and month-end close.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting. Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting highly is preferred.
• Able to use common office equipment.
• Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
• Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.

Responsibilities

• Processing and issuing accurate customer invoices and validate pricing and taxes.
• Monitor and track sales orders and goods/service receipt across APJ countries and issue timely customer invoices.
• Monitor and issue credit notes for returns / RMA / vendor rebates.
• Perform manual adjustments: issue credit notes and debits for adjustments.
• Analyze and resolve customer discrepancies with SO/PO teams, including root cause analysis.
